Boston is shut down right and in panic now because police have found “bombs” attached to bridges throughout the city. CBS has posted this photo of one of the “devices” police have found attached to bridges:

The device found under 93 Tuesday morning was a large circuit board with wires. It was found suspended above a busway that runs below an elevated section of the highway.
